Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions
Payment Method
We operate on a 50% advance payment and 50% Cash on Delivery (COD) system.
Customers are required to pay half of the total amount in advance to confirm the order, and the remaining amount will be collected at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed or canceled. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- The courier may attempt delivery again
- If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be canceled
